For us, it’s all about comfort, warmth, and delight.

Without a doubt, ramen noodles have become one of the most beloved comfort foods around the world. Here at Hiro Ramen & Tea, we hope to further advocate all things ramen!

Our head chef, Qiyao, was born in southern China and immigrated to The United States in the early 2000s to work in restaurants across the country, from New York to South Dakota, finally settling in Ohio for the past decade. Qiyao brings multiple decades of experience, cooking both in the kitchens of his restaurants and in the kitchen of his family home, bringing comfort and warmth to all his customers and his family as well.

So how did we decide to open a ramen shop? Soup based noodles have always been a center piece and source of delight in both Chinese and Japanese cuisines, so when the opportunity to start a new restaurant in the bones of an old Burger King, we very quickly grasped the chance to start a ramen shop! We strive to bring both new and nostalgic tastes to each of the bowls that leaves our kitchen.
